Clayton Small Business Registration Process

Eligibility Requirements

  • Open to Clayton HOA residents who own or operate a small business.
  • Business must be local and operated by a current resident of the Clayton HOA community.

Table Availability

  • 7 tables will be provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Businesses beyond the first 7 registrations may still participate but must bring their own table and any additional display items.

Registration Process

  • Complete the registration form by May 20.
  • Include business name, description, contact information.
  • Confirmation of participation and table assignment (if applicable) will be sent by May 24.

Event Setup and Breakdown

  • Information about setup time will be provided once participation is confirmed
  • All business materials and displays must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community setting.
  • Wi-Fi will be available, but the number of electrical outlets is limited, please plan accordingly.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own payment systems, signage, promotional materials, and any needed supplies.  Freebies for the community are encouraged.
