Trash pick-up for Clayton is, and has always been, paid for by individual Clayton Residents.
As with all HOA’s where, residents pay for trash pick up, the contract with the trash company is negoiated with the HOA.
Recycling is included in our trash pick-up contract.
A recycle bin is provided to each homeowner by GFI. The pick-up day for recycled items is on Friday’s. Just sit the bin at the curb along with you other trash.
Additional bins can be purchased from GFI or a card board box can be used for additional recyclable items.
GFI has started a sticker program in several area HOA’s. Once the resident pays their quarterly bill a sticker is mailed to the resident. The sticker is to be attached to the main trash can. Instructions are included on the sticker
The sticker is on a card, it is not sent in an envelope, and looks similar to junk mail.
