Clayton, Sections 1 and 2, is located in Harris County, an unincorporated area of Houston, just west of Highway 6 and south of West Park Drive. The Clayton boundaries are West Park Drive (on the North), Addicks-Clodine Road (on the West), West Park Toll Road (on the South) and Brays Bayou (on the East).
The Clayton subdivision is made up of 507 single-family homes with approximately 1,500 residents. The homes were built in 1978 and 1979. The average size home is 1,635 square feet and has three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage.
Residents enjoy the subdivision park, which includes a kiddy playground, pool and tennis court. Clayton’s clubhouse can be rented for special events. Trails make it convenient to walk or jog to neighboring communities.
A Super Wal-Mart is located within walking distance of the Clayton subdivision. A walking bridge connects McClendon Park to our subdivision.
The children living in Clayton attend schools in the Alief Independent School District. The subdivision is located in Municipal Utility District (MUD)#120.
