Pool Tags and Tennis Court Keys must be picked up by an adult resident living at an address in the Clayton, Section 1&2 Subdivision.
Distribution Dates:
- Saturday & Sunday May 3 & 4
- Saturday & Sunday May 17 & 18
Times: Noon until 2 p.m.
Where: Clayton Subdivision Park
Pool Tag Policy:
- Used pool tags can be traded for the same number of current (2014) tags at no cost.
- Yellow, Orange and Green.
- The red tags that say 2005 will NOT be accepted.
- If you have no tags to trade in, new ones are $5 each.
- Tags needed per family?
- Each Adult (over 18) can bring 2 guests/family members per tag.
- Guests must arrive and leave with the resident(s) who brought them.
- A child must be at least 12 years old to go to the pool alone.

- All assessments must be paid in full.
- Please contact Jodi Rohrer at Property Masters if you need to make payment arrangements.
- You must show proof of residency.
- ID with name and current address
- Utility bill with your name and address on it.
- Lease, if you are a renter.
- To speed things up, print and complete the registration form and bring it with you.
The pool will be open Memorial Day weekend, May 24 – 26. Pool tags are not distributed opening day – you must get them prior to Memorial Weekend. If you do not have tags, you will not be admitted to the pool – No Exceptions.
Pool opens for the summer on June 7th.
