Pool Closed for Repairs
As you are probably aware we have been plagued with pool problems most of the summer. The pool is now filled with algae.
Our management company has talked to several professionals and the consensus, at this point, is the pool needs to be drained and plastered.
We have been told by Pool Professionals that algae problems are a common occurrence in pools that have been in use for many years. Our subdivision and pool was built in the 1980’s.
We are in the process of getting bids and plan to have this work done in the near future.
The pool is not safe to swim in and will remain closed until this issue has been resolved.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
