Dear Clayton Homeowners:
Enclosed please find your Clayton HOA statement of account. Reminder: Payments are due on January 1, 2025 and must be received by the bank prior to January 31, 2025. If your payment is received after January 31, 2025, a late fee of $25.00 plus ten percent (10%) per annum interest will be added to your account. The Bank DOES NOT accept the Postmark Date as the date received. Remember, the bank takes several days to process checks so please allow time for processing, if you mail your check give yourself plenty of time to get your payment in before January 31st or pay online to avoid the USPS! Your payment is considered received once it has been processed and posted to your account.
Property Masters has launched a new online portal. This is a private and secure web portal provided to homeowners to view their maintenance fee account and a way to provide information and stay connected to your association. Once you have registered your account, you will have 24/7 access to your account for viewing current and outstanding balances, payment dates, legal charges, etc. Please note you have a NEW account number!!
You have three different ways to pay your maintenance assessment:
- Online Payment Via eCheck or Credit Card
What do I need to do? To access the portal, go to our website at www.home.propertymastersinc.net. Click on “Homeowner Portal” then click on the red words that say: “Click here to register/sign up!” Use your enclosed statement to complete as much of the requested information as possible. Note: Your registration key will be generated and emailed to you within 2-3 business days.
- US Mail/Lockbox
What do I need to do? Write a check or money order payable to Clayton HOA and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon. ***Important: Please write your NEW homeowner account number on your payment.
- Your Bank’s Online Bill-Pay
How does it work? If you were already using your bank’s online bill-pay system, PLEASE login to the service, CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER and verify the processing address.
What do I need to do? Please complete your bill-pay setup exactly as below:

Be advised that the Clayton HOA Annual Meeting is scheduled for 7:00 PM on December 2, 2024, at the Clayton HOA clubhouse at 3705 Green Crest. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please return your signed proxy.

Board meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend these monthly meetings.
