- Online Payment Via eCheck or Credit Card (one time & recurring options)How does it work? You set up a one time or recurring payment using eCheck, MasterCard, American Express, Visa or Discover. ***If you were using the recurring payments option thru Smartstreet.com, you must STOP those payments.What do I need to do? Go to our website at www.propertymastersinc.net and click on the “pay dues” tab and follow the instructions on the screen. ***The eCheck is free of charge and there is a 3% fee if you use a credit card and a $5.00 fee for debit cards.
- US Mail/ Lockbox What do I need to do? Write a check payable to Clayton HOA and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon.**** Important: Please write your homeowner account number on the check.
- Your Bank’s Online Bill-PayHow does it work? If you were already using your bank’s online bill pay system, PLEASE login to the service, stop/delete your existing payment and create a new payment with our new processing address.What do I need to do? Please complete your bill-pay setup exactly as below:
