Dear Clayton Homeowners:
We would like to remind you that all payments are due on January 1, 2020 and must be received by the bank or our office on or before January 31, 2020.
Please remember that if your payment is received after January 31, 2020, a late fee of $25.00 plus ten percent (10%) per annum interest will be charged against your account with Clayton HOA.
**Postmark Date is NOT acceptable***
The Bank DOES NOT accept the Post mark Date as the date received. Remember, the bank takes several days to process checks so please allow time for processing, if you mail your check give yourself plenty of time to get your payment in before January 31st or pay online to avoid the USPS! Your payment is only considered received once it is in your account.
REMINDER: Property Masters charges a service fee of $5.00 CASH for any payment brought to or dropped off at our office.
You have three different ways to pay your maintenance assessments:
- Online Payment Via eCheck or Credit Card
What do I need to do? Go to our website at www.propertymastersinc.net and click on the “pay dues” tab and follow the instructions on the screen. Your management ID/code is 6874. Your Association ID/code is CL. And your account # is on your statement. ***The eCheck is free of charge; there is a 3% fee if you use a credit card and a $5.00 flat fee for debit cards.

What do I need to do? Write a check or money order payable to Clayton HOA and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon.
***Important: Please write your homeowner account number on your payment****
- Your Bank’s Online Bill-Pay
How does it work? If you were already using your bank’s online bill-pay system, PLEASE login to the service, stop/delete your existing payment and create a new payment with our new processing address.
